Vad kan rapporteras?

Misstanke om att det förekommit lag- och/eller regelbrott inom företaget med allmänintresse kan rapporteras.

Hur hanteras rapporteringen?

Rapporteringen hanteras konfidentiellt och oberoende. Samtliga personuppgifter utan relevans kommer att raderas, och ärendet sparas endast så länge det är nödvändigt. Åtgärder vidtas om överträdelser bekräftas.

Konfidentialitet

Vi respekterar visselblåsarens konfidentialitet så långt det är möjligt inom lagens ramar och för att säkerställa en rättvis och korrekt utredning.

Skydd för visselblåsare

Vi åtar oss att skydda visselblåsare från repressalier. Ingen visselblåsare kommer att straffas för att ha gjort en ärlig och uppriktig rapport.

What can be reported?

Suspicion of misconduct and/or regulatory violations within the company that are of public interest can be reported.

How is the reporting handled?

The reporting is handled confidentially and independently. All irrelevant personal information will be deleted, and the case will only be retained as long as necessary. Actions will be taken if violations are confirmed.

We respect the whistleblower's confidentiality as much as possible within the framework of the law to ensure a fair and accurate investigation. Protection for whistleblowers We commit to protecting whistleblowers from reprisals. No whistleblower will be punished for making an honest and sincere report.
